Instructions
With A Paring Knife:
- Slice off both ends of your kiwi.
- Position the kiwi upright, with one of the cut ends against the cutting board.
- Slice off small strips of peel from cut end to cut end, working your way around the entirety of the kiwi.
With A Peeler:
- Slice off both ends of your kiwi.
- Position the kiwi in the palm of your non-dominant hand.
- Drag the vegetable peeler from cut end to cut end and remove the kiwi peel in strips.
- Continue around the entire fruit.
With A Spoon:
- Slice off both ends of your kiwi.
- Position the kiwi upright, with one of the cut ends against the cutting board.
- Slide the spoon through the edge of the kiwi between peel and flesh.
- Remove the spoon and pierce again until you can easily and smoothly shimmy the spoon around the fruit’s flesh.
- Slide off the ring of outer peel.
